Název diplomové práce: Kanálopatie nervového a svalového systému Kanálopatie jsou vzácnou skupinou povětšinou dědičných onemocnění, jež mají společný rys - patologicky fungující iontové kanály. Iontové kanály jsou póry v cytoplazmatické membráně, jejichž hlavní funkcí je transport iontů. Jsou také základem nervové a svalové vzrušivosti. Díky moderním molekulárním metodám jsou známy mutace řady genů pro proteiny jednotlivých iontových kanálů, které způsobují narušení jejich hlavních funkcí a to mechanismy jejich ztráty, zisku nebo změny. Vzhledem k nespočetným hypotetickým mutacím se nabízí, že budou nalézány další formy těchto onemocnění. Kanálopatie mohou postihnout jakoukoliv tkáň v těle, ale z největší části zasahují nervový a svalový systém. Klinické projevy odráží postižení funkcí iontových kanálů. U svalové tkáně vede porušení kontrakčně-relaxačního cyklu svalu například k paralýzám či myotoniím; v nervové tkáni příkladem k episodickým atakům, myokymiím, migrénám a dalším projevům. Title of diploma thesis: Channelopathies of the nervous and musculoskeletal system Channelopathies are rare group of mostly hereditary diseases that have one common trait - pathologically working ion channels. Ion channels are pores in plasmic membrane whose main function is ion transportation. They are also basis of nerve and muscle excitability. According to modern molecular methods there are known mutations of many genes of proteins of respective ion channels causing disruptions of their main functions via mechanisms of their loss, gain or change. Considering uncountable hypothetic mutations we can presume that other forms of this disease will be found. Channelopathies can affect any type of tissue but the most often they afflict nerve and muscle system. Clinical manifestation reflects impairment of functions of ion channels. In muscle tissue it leads to defect of contractile-relaxing cycle of muscles e.g. to paralyses or myotonias. In nerve tissue it leads e.g. to episodic attacks, myokymias, migraines and to other symptoms. Optimization of the Tax Liability of a Natural Person

Tato práce řeší problém fyzické osoby jak snížit výslednou daňovou povinnost daně z příjmů fyzických osob na nejnižší možnou, přičemž zkoumá, který typ úpravy daňového základu ze zákonných možných je nejlepší. Propočítává proto výslednou daňovou povinnost při uplatnění skutečných nákladů, nákladů procentem z příjmů, nákladů rozpočtených na spolupracující osobu a také nákladů při vstupu do společnosti, kterou známe jako sdružení bez právní subjektivity dle dřívější právní úpravy. Pro komparaci byla v práci fyzická osoba také povýšena na právnickou osobu, konkrétně veřejnou obchodní společnost nebo komanditní společnost. Pro více možností optimalizace se práce zabývá nejen samotným poplatníkem, ale také jeho rodinou.This bachelor thesis is about income tax of natural person, which should be the lowest. To make tax lower it uses possibilities of editing tax base. It counts tax in some cases. In the first case it uses real costs. In the second case it uses costs by percentage. In the third case it uses cooperative person. In the next cases it uses some kinds of corporate. In this thesis are also used all members of persons family to increased possibilities of optimization.

Social - psychological training for teachers for enhancing healthy classroom climate

katedra: KPV; přílohy: CD; rozsah: 85 s.This thesis deals with the possibilities of teaching a class in shaping an enhancing climate. The first part describes the structure, dynamics and evolution of the class as a social group. We also deal with the theme of class climate, approaches to research and aspects that are involved in its formation. The second part contains a set of practical methods to promote an enhancing climate and shape it. The methods are integrated into the social-psychological training. This program was implemented in the first class. Subsequently was evaluated. The obtained data and the results are discussed in the final section.Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi učitele při utváření zdravého třídního klima. V první části popisujeme strukturu, dynamiku a vývoj třídy, jako sociální skupiny. Dále se zabýváme tématem třídního klima, přístupy k jeho zkoumání a aspekty, které se na jeho utváření podílí. Druhá část obsahuje soubor praktických metod, které zdravé klima podporují a utvářejí. Metody jsou uceleny do programu sociálně-psychologického výcviku. Tento program byl realizován v 1. ročníku běžné základní školy. Následně proběhla jeho evaluace. Získaná data a výsledky programu představujeme v závěrečné části

The Response of C 19 Δ 5 -steroids to ACTH Stimulation and Hypoglycemia in Insulin Tolerance Test for Adrenal Insufficiency

Abstract: Studies on the time course of ACTH-or insulin-induced hypoglycemia stimulating adrenal androgens are usually limited to dehydroepiandrosterone and/or its sulphate. Our data on dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and its hydroxylated metabolites clearly show that measurements of DHEA and its sulphate (DHEAS) are valuable markers of the integrity of the HPA (hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal) axis. Assessments of HPA function should rely on measurements of baseline and/or stimulated serum cortisol concentrations, and C 19 Δ 5 -steroids may provide additional information. The art of stimulation of 7-and 16-hydroxylated metabolites of DHEA can help our understanding of the formation sequence of these compounds

Mothers and fathers in communication with school

The bachelor thesis deals with the involvement of fathers and mothers in communication with the school. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of the relationship between family and school. In the introduction, we try to bring the concepts of communication and interaction, socialization. We also discusse the legislative definition of the relationship. We introduce a model, which seeks a relationships between families and schools. The last part is devoted to the knowledge in the field of gender. The second major part consists of empirical research. There are four case studies involved, the data in these studies was were obtained from interviews with teachers, pupils and their parents. Based on the analysis of these data, we find out who usually communicates with school and what factors are involved in the selection of the person representing the family involved. In the end, we made a comparison of the findings. These findings are then confronted with the current knowledge about the relationship between family and school

How to study in the countryside and be tought by nature

My diploma thesis is focused on specific topic called "How to be influenced by nature in a learning process - let the nature teach ourselves". In the first part of the thesis there are mentioned the first attempts trying to connect nature into the educational system and the history of this principle applied abroad and in our country. The main research is interested in activities undertaken in countryside during pre-school and school teaching as well as children's leisure time. The empirical part is casuistry capturing the main image of newly established school Zeměkvítek showing the way how children's learning and perceiving is affected by being in the nature during school and pre-school teaching. The results of the practical part shows that lessons in an outdoor environment contribute positively on development of children's learning. On the bases of SWOT analysis it can be stated that there is high possibility that ZŠ Zeměkvítek will develop and gain more members
